Easy Stir Fry Veggies

EASY VEGGIE STIR FRY

2 tsp each minced garlic and gingerroot
1/4 pound each trimmed and sliced shiitake mushrooms and snow peas
2 tbs vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups each cubed red bell peppers and onion wedges
15 oz can baby corn, drained
3 tbs Asian style salad dressing
1 cup bean sprouts

In skillet, cook bell peppers, onions, mushrooms and snow peas in oil 2 min. Add garlic and gingerroot. Cook 1 min. Stir in corn, salad dressing and bean sprouts. Cook until heated, then serve.
